The United States Postal Service will be canceling the survey of residents of l0603 zip codes--inquiring whether they want to change their address from White Plains to Greenburgh. The US Postal Service sent out letters to everyone in the l0603 and l0607zip codes area last week. I received many calls from residents of the City of White Plains (part of the l0603 zip code area) and N Castle. They also received the same survey. 3 municipalities were involved . The post office won't allow Greenburgh l0603 to have a different mailing address from White Plains l0603. Only residents who reside in 10607 should respond to the questionnaire.
