As of 10:30 this morning,

Partial power has been restored to 100 East Hartsdale Avenue. The elevators and boiler are not working, but Con Ed has advised that they should be on line within 2 hours.

Con Edison has also advised that they will be powering 100 East Hartsdale Avenue with their generator for 5-7 days.
