The Town Board will hear from an applicant that would like to buy the Sprain Brook Nursery in order to construct an senior assisted living facility on the site which is located off of Underhill Road and Sprain Road (near the town Public Works garage).. The Town Board will discuss this preliminary proposal on Tuesday, May 13th at the Town Board work session. We have scheduled the discussion for 12 noon. Our meetings are televised on public access TV and are streamed live on the internet and archived on the web: www.greenburghny.com. This is a very preliminary discussion—first discussion that the Town Board has had with the applicant. We want to advise the community what’s happening early in the process. Our meetings are held at Town Hall. If you have questions you would like to ask please e mail townboard@greenburghny.com.

Ardsley's annual Volunteer Fire Fighters Carnival in Pascone Park (Ardsley Middle School) is scheduled to open Wednesday, May 7 at 6 p.m. and run through Sunday, May 11.
Visitors will enjoy rides, games, food and ice cream. Children must be at least 3 feet tall (36 inches) to go on the rides. There are also swings and a playground in the park so kids of any age can participate.
The Carnival will be also open Thursday, May 8, from 6-10 p.m., Friday, May 9, from 6 p.m. until midnight, Saturday,May 10, from 10 a.m. until midnight and Sunday, Mother's Day from 10 a.m. to 5 pm. Closing.
