ur Highway, Parks, Public Works snow removal teams have been out in full force addressing today's snow emergency. Our team has been out since 2 AM plowing and salting. Currently, we have about 8 inches of snow on the ground. The 2nd round of salting the roads has started. Because the snow is coming down very fast - as soon as we plow or salt a road road - the road conditions start deteriorating. So-- it's best to stay off the roads.
Our snow removal teams will be working until the snow stops and until all roads are clear!
