The Chinese community is growing in Greenburgh –they are active and are helping to enhance the character of our neighborhoods.

A relatively new business has opened up on Central Ave: Childnese, Language Development, 142 North Central Avenue, Hartsdale, NY 10530 ,  childnese101@gmail.com. This new business highlights the important role our Chinese neighbors are playing in our communities.  Students who learn Chinese will have great skills that can help them succeed in a global economy.  Welcome to Hartsdale and Greenburgh.

About Childnese

Childnese is a Chinese language development center that provides a fun environment for children, teens, and adults to learn language in the most natural way through our life experiences. With a convenient location in Hartsdale, we offer small sized groups, creative programs, and an experienced team that makes Childnese an unique and outstanding language development center.

Childnese works hard to provide the highest quality of Chinese teaching with a high teacher to student ratio, engagement with each individual, and experienced teachers who care deeply for our children.Their teaching materials include a series of books focused on learning the most commonly used vocabulary, sentences, and Chinese characters. They also learn from reading interesting story books, playing games to help memorization, watching short Chinese movies and videos, singing songs, doing arts and crafts, Chinese calligraphy and painting, Chinese poems, celebrating Chinese holidays and culture, science and nature, cooking, and a lot more fun activities. Our famous all-time favorite “flea markets” offer children a fun way to buy and sell their toys or books by speaking Chinese. We also respect that each child is unique and has their own path for learning. Most importantly, Their  children have fun while learning a language, and they are eager to learn!
