Great News! 180 E Hartsdale Ave residents are now authorized to move back to their apartments. 170 E Hartsdale Ave residents will be back home Monday or Tuesday. Mobil on E Hartsdale Ave has reopened. So has the drug store. We anticipate that some of the stores on E Hartsdale Ave could start to reopen in less than two weeks. The food stores/restaurants will reopen later because they have to deal with the dept of health.
I am requesting the public works dept to review the circumstances that led to the flooding problem on E Hartsdale Ave and to recommend action steps that should be taken in the future so E Hartsdale Ave will never again experience this kind of flood disaster.
