10 residents of Edgemont out of power again--3 bedroom house for $273,000
Release Date: March 21, 2010

About 10 households on Argyle in Edgemont were out of power yesterday and today after a power surge and incorrect hookup by Con Ed contractors caused the blackout, I stopped by to talk to some residents around 4 PM. Many  Con Ed trucks were on the scene. Con Ed apologized. Electrical contractors are inspecting each home to determine if there are any internal circuit problems. It's our hope that service will be restored quickly. Residents of Argyle have suffered enough.
