I would like to recommend a $10,000 budget amendment to the 2004 budget. The town, effective January l, 2004, should assume all responsibility for snow removal on the Ardsley Roadsidewalk from the top of the hill to the train station. This is a unique sidewalk. Many commuters use the sidewalk to get to and from the train station daily. It’s very difficult for anyone to shovel the snow on this street. PAUL FEINER
The Town Board will be asked to approve this budget amendment at next Wednesday’s Town Board meeting.
