E Hartsdale Aveis probably one of the few downtown areas in Americathat is not decorated with lights during the holiday season. That’s unfortunate. In past years the chamber of commerce or private citizens have helped spruce up the street. This year the street has been dark- with no lights. I’ll reach out to you in the early fall of 2004. Hopefully, our street will be more inviting and we’ll be able to share the holiday spirit with residents and visitors. And, no one will be able to call us scrooge!
