The Greenburgh Town Board is expected to vote on Wednesday to rent about 2,200 sq feet of space at the new Town Hall to a local Federal Credit Union. A credit union is non profit organization that provides banking & financial services to its members. The rent will be $44,000 a year ($20 per sq foot) with cost of living increases each year. The tenant will be responsible for all improvements made to the premises.
