This is the time of year when New Year's resolutions are made. What do you like about the town? Suggested priorities for 2011? How can we be more responsive to your concerns? How can we make Greenburgh a better place and our government more efficient? Specific suggestions are welcome. Government needs to constantly reinvent itself.
