DEDICATION OF TAXTER RIDGE ON APRIL 3RD

You’re invited…………to a very special Town Board meeting on Saturday, April 3rd at 9:30 AM. The meeting will be held at our new Town park, Taxter Ridge. At the meeting the Town Board will vote to dedicate the land as permanent parkland. Once the action step takes place the only way the land can ever be developed would be if the State Legislature approves legislation to undedicated the land, which is next to impossible.

If you’ve never been to the property you’ll appreciate its significance. This property, with its world class beauty and incredible walking trails, will be enjoyed by many for years to come.

Directions: Meet in the Tarryhill homeowner’s area. From Broadway turn onto TarryhillRoad, across from Lyndhurst.Turn right onto RoundabendRoadand go to the top and park on the cul-de-sac. We will put signs on Broadway to direct people to turn onto TarryhillRoadand at the junction with RoundabendRoad. After the Board meeting we will have a celebration brunch in the Tarryhill Clubhouse. A special performance by Carole Demas!
