POOL OPEN TOMORROW

Con Ed finally restored power to the town park. As a result, the pool at AF Veteran town park and programs at the park will be open tomorrow (Friday). It’s been a stressful week for residents who depend on power and enjoy the pool. We were worried that our nutrition program would be impacted because the hot lunch program for seniors who get our meals via the meals/wheels program is prepared at town park. However, we did get a generator and have been able to send out hot lunches to seniors.
Sorry to all our swimmers and program users for any inconvenience.
