NEW EDGEMONT FACEBOOK PAGES AND WEBSITES DESIGNED TO PROMOTE THE BEST OF EDGEMONT
Congratulations to the Edgemont Community Council on their two new sites (just inaugurated) promoting Edgemont. The sites are not political, highlight the positives about Edgemont and should encourage potential homeowners who are considering moving here to want to purchase a home in the community. During the spring a student intern working in my office, Joseph Potischman, launched a similar site promoting the best that Edgemont has to offer. The facebook site he worked on is Edgemont/Greenburgh news. It’s been updated frequently since it was inaugurated. The goal: to make people want to move here!
This is the good news from the President of the ECC about the two new sites started by the ECC today:
Just wanted you to know that we've launched our new website to "boost" Edgemont as the wonderful community it is:

http://www.edgemontnewyork.com/

We've also launched a new Facebook page, that is a "happy news" only page: www.facebook.com/EdgemontNewYork
It’s my hope that these new sites could be a model for other neighborhoods within Greenburgh.
