The under 12 crowd probably thinks that the opening of our new interactive kiddy pool is the most significant accomplishment in our town. The new pool, with spray features, is now open at AF Veteran Park. It's spectacular --- children of all ages are excited about the pool --- one of the first interactive spray kiddy pools of its kind in Westchester. The trend across the nation is to make swimming pools more exciting --not giant "bathtubs". Hat's off to the Parks and Recreation Department for their hard work enabling us to implement this outstanding new town feature.
