CELEBRATE GREENBURGH DAY! On Saturday, July 17th Anthony F. Veteran Park, 11 Olympic Lane, Ardsley, NY, will host its fourth annual Celebrate Greenburgh Day. This event is sponsored by Madison Square Garden in cooperation with the Town of Greenburgh’s Department of Parks and Recreation and Community Resources, the day promises to be fun for everyone. This will be a fun filled day of amusement rides, bands and swimming which is capped off with an old fashion drive in movie, shown on a giant outdoor movie screen. “Willie Wonka & The Chocolate Factory” will begin at 8:45 pm. There is a $5 parking fee for vehicles parked in the Movie Lot. Limited spaces!! The event is open to everyone and Town Officials urge all Greenburgh residents, which includes the six villages (Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry, Elmsford, Hastings, Irvington and Tarrytown) to attend.
