I am pleased to report that the membership of the Junior League of Central Westchester voted to fund the establishment of a Children’s Room at our new GreenburghTown Hall. The Children’s Room, which will open up in the fall/winter will enable parents to bring their children to Town Hall while they are meeting with town staff. We will create a secure environment for your children and there will be supervision during designated hours. Special thanks to Randi Sauter for her hard work helping us develop the plans for the Children’s Room. And, thanks to the committee chairs of Junior League who will be working on the project: Barrie Sacks and Lisa Klein. Trish Klestadt of Edgemont is the outgoing President of the Junior League.
