I will be at the Greenburgh Library at 2 PM today - if you want to speak to me in person. I have been able to respond to every e mail I have received since the storm (there have been hundreds). Am still back logged with phone calls --have a few hundred+ phone calls that I am trying to return. I apologize for all the inconveniences you have been experiencing.
We're still waiting for the 4 extra Con Ed crews--they have been dispatched and are expected to arrive today. Once they arrive we will see much more progress re: restoration efforts.
