COUNTY RESUMES FLU SHOTS
Release Date: November 09, 2004

Westchester County Commissioner of Health Joshua Lipsman has resumed the flu immunization program. The program will be available to people who made appointments but were not immunized when the program was suspended in late October. I called the County Health Department today and they advised that people who did not make appointments will not be included in this series of immunizations. However, the county hopes to receive more vaccines in the near future. Please call the county hotline at 813-5609 for more information. In addition, if you want me to continue to advise you when I hear of available flu vaccines, please e mail me at pfeiner@greenburghny.com    PAUL FEINER
