Library to unveil 18 -20million expansion proposal

At the Greenburgh Town Board meeting tonight the Library Board is expected to unveil a proposal to expand the library. The cost estimate: between 18 and 20 million dollars. The library board has agreed to submit any proposal to the voters in a referendum to be held in 2005. The discussion will begin after 7:45 PM.
