My father, Phil Feiner, passed away earlier this evening. My family would be most grateful for privacy during this sad time for us. We decided to have a small private service for family members. I will not be responding to e mails or phone calls until sometime next week. In lieu of flowers please do something nice for someone else or make a contribution to your favorite charity. My father spent many hours as a volunteer looking for ways to save taxpayer dollars. Last year he was honored and included in the Westchester County Senior Citizen Hall of Fame.
