Update-weather conditions (NYS plow truck skidded into a ditch, town truck had to pull truck out)
Release Date: February 05, 2014

Received the following from the WC Office of Emergency Management.
Recycling cancelled because of icy road conditions.
The Greenburgh Department of Public Works had to pull a NYS plow truck out of a ditch  -the truck skidded. Another problem we're experiencing: People are shoveling snow back on the roads after we plow the road, creating hazardous conditions.
It's getting more icy, not less.
