Power to be restored to 100 E Hartsdale Ave within the next few hours
Release Date: February 28, 2014

Power has been restored to everyone on E Hartsdale Ave but residents of 100 E Hartsdale Ave are still out of power. I received the following memo from the Police Chief.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Con Ed, the police department, fire department, public works department for their efforts at restoring power. During this crisis --which impacted most of the residents of E Hartsdale Ave-- they worked cooperatively and efficiently at getting power restored.  I was pleased that we had a bus available in front of the apartments --offering residents an opportunity to warm up temporarily. If people would have requested temporary shelter the town would have made provided shelter at our community center.

PAUL FEINER

Power is still out at 100 East Hartsdale Avenue. There was extensive underground damage. They are hopeful power will be restored within 2 hours.
