The Greenburgh Town Board is currently reviewing proposals from commercial real estate brokers/auctioneers to provide real estate services in connection with the anticipated sale of Frank’s Nursery, 715 Dobbs Ferry Road, White Plains. In recent weeks we started the interviews.   Commercial brokers/auctioneers who would like to be considered should e mail proposals to Special Counsel  Michael Pflaum at MPflaum@greenburghny.com.
