AN APRIL FOOLS SANITATION CALENDAR MISTAKE –SORRY!
The Sanitation calendar for this week contained a mistake –we’re sorry. The calendar suggests that this is a holiday week. Not accurate. This week we will pick up garbage on the regular days. We will pick up paper on the recycling day. The next holiday on the calendar is Monday, April 21st (Easter Monday). That is a contractual holiday –is decades old. Our public works crews gave up a holiday other employees have in November and were given Easter Monday off instead.
Again, sorry for the calendar error.
