Ridge Hill Meeting in Yonkers on Tuesday

Please be advised there will be a meeting of the Yonkers City Council Real Estate Committee on Tuesday, March 15th, following the Rules Committee meeting at 6:30 PM, in the City Council Conference Room, Yonkers City Hall. The Agenda will include review and discussion of the traffic portion of the Ridge Hill Village draft FEIS. Yonkers is reviewing the proposed Ridge Hill development. This approximately 3 million sq feet development will generate a tremendous amount of traffic and will impact Jackson Ave, Ardsley and Hastings streets. The project is located near Stew Leonard's, Home Depot and Costco (Austin Ave development). If you can attend the meeting it would be appreciated. PAUL FEINER
