The Town Board will discuss the offer and any other offers a week from Tuesday morning at our work session. A zoning change would be required.

In the meantime, please be advised that the Town has received and is considering a written offer for the Property. That offer is contingent upon, among other things, environmental due diligence, building permits and a zoning change to accommodate a senior living project.
In light of this information, if you remain interested in the Property, please let us know immediately. We are available to answer questions, schedule inspections and provide you with guidance. Offers – even with contingencies – should be submitted no later than Friday, May 15, 2015.
