FRANK'S NURSERY ENVIROMENTAL REPORT TO BE DISCUSSED TOMORROW AROUND 9:30 am

Earlier this year the Town Board retained an independent consultant, Woodard & Curran, to investigate possible contamination concerns at Frank's nursery and  to help the town come up with a remediation plan acceptable to the NYSDEC.  We're planning to sell the property (located on Dobbs Ferry Road) and possible purchasers have asked for more details on the extent of contamination and remediation details.  
 
The Town Board will discuss the findings with our consultant tomorrow morning (Tuesday, May 19th)  around 9:30 AM. Our meetings are open to the public and are also streamed live on our website: www.greenburghny.com.  Our meetings are also televised on local public access TV.
