Greenburgh Town Supervisor PaulFeiner will push the county to light up the Bronx River Parkwayin the evenings. The parkway is a dangerous road to travel in the evening. Another problem: Many drivers use their “Bright lights” to illuminate the road in front of them. The result: They are blinding all the other drivers. Feiner said he has received many complaints from constituents in recent months.
