The indoor pool at the Theodore Young Community Center has officially opened and we did receive a few brave swimmers…Our indoor pool opens very early in the AM--at 5:30 AM.

Weekday - Monday/Wednesday
Class will be held at same time as they are registered (3:30 pm, 4:00 pm, 4:30 pm)
Sept. 14th - make-up date will be Oct 15th
Sept. 16th - make-up date will be Oct 22nd
Sept. 21st - make-up date will be Oct 28th
Sept. 23rd - make-up date will be Oct 29th
Saturday Instructional Classes
September 19th - make-up date will be October 17th
September 26th - make-up date will be October 24th
Normal class time will be extended 30 min to accommodate the make-up class time
9:00 am class will end at 10:00 am (instead of 9:30 am)
9:30 am class will begin at 10:00 am and will end at 11:00 am
10:00 am class will begin at 11:00 am and will end at 12 noon
10:45 am class will begin at 12 noon and end at 1:00 pm
11:30 am class will begin at 1:00 pm and end at 2:00 pm
Silver Streaks – 7:30 am – 9:20 am and 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Water Exercises - Monday/Wednesday/Friday classes will be held at the same time they are registered (8:00 am, 10:00 am, 11:00 am)
Sept. 14th - make-up date will be Sept. 29th
Sept. 16th - make-up date will be Oct. 8th
Sept. 18th - make-up date will be Oct. 15th
Sept. 21st - make-up date will be Oct. 22nd
Sept. 23rd - make-up date will be Oct. 28th
Sept. 25th - make-up date will be Oct. 30th
Stroke Mechanics - Tuesday/Thursday/Friday
Sept. 15th & 17th - make-up date will be October 17th 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm (2 hours)
Sept. 18th & 22nd - make-up date will be October 24th 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm (2 hours)
Sept. 24th & 25th - make-up date will be October 31st 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm (2 hours)
Adult lesson classes will be held at the same time they are registered (6:30 pm -7:30 pm)
September 15th - make-up date will be October 16th
September 17th - make-up date will be October 23rd
September 22nd - make-up date will be October 27th
September 24th - make-up date will be October 29th
BICYCLE SUNDAYS EXTENDED ONE MORE WEEK--BRONX RIVER PARKWAY CLOSED FOR CYCLISTS THIS SUNDAY FROM 10 TO 2 PM.
