A SUGGESTION FROM CIVIC ACTIVIST MURRAY BODIN THAT MAKES ALOT OF SENSE  (WEARING DARK CLOTHING AT NIGHT WHEN YOU ARE WALKING IS DANGEROUS)
There are a number of people walking dogs around here at night. Wearing dark clothing and with dark dogs. Older drivers have trouble seeing these people at night. They are practically invisible.
 Wear high visibility clothing if you are walking on dark streets in the evening

Subject: Seely Pl sidewalk Update

A community meeting is being held Monday at the Seely Place School at 7 PM to discuss our sidewalk initiative on certain Edgemont streets. Received this update from the Commissioner of Public Works today.
 
Good Morning Paul,
In advance of our meeting regarding Seely Place sidewalk on Monday, our consultants, The RBA Group, updated the previous draft report.  A link to the revised report is below.  This report adds more detail and discussion about the study.  Also, the possible sidewalk along Seely Place has been revised following discussion with staff and further review of any such feasibility.
 
Please circulate the link below.  The consultant is attending and will be prepared to make a brief presentation.
