A number of town employees will be out of the office tomorrow Thursday, January 21, 2016 from about 10:30 AM to early afternoon for the funeral of Bill Carter, who passed away on Friday. The service begins at 11 AM at Union Baptist Church 31 Manhattan Ave White Plains, NY. If you need to meet with town officials please understand the reason why they may not be in the office between 10:30 till after 1 PM. Bill was Commissioner at the Theodore Young Community Center for the past eight years. And, highly respected and liked. The entire town misses him! PAUL FEINER
