ROADS PASSABLE BUT SLIPPERY...RECYCLING TOMORROW..SANITATION THUR AND FRIDAY--WE EXPECT REFREEZING
Release Date: March 14, 2017

just got off the phone with the Deputy Commissioner of Public Works, Richard Fon. Our crews are working. The Greenburgh roads are passable, but slippery. We recommend that you stay at home. But- if there is an emergency you should be able to get around Greenburgh.  We estimate that there was about a foot of snow that had to be cleared.  We will continue to keep the roads passable and as safe as possible.

For the rest of the week - the sanitation and recycling schedule will not change. Recycling tomorrow. Sanitation Thursday and Friday.

We expect the roads to re-freeze later today. So be extra careful tonight if you have to get out.

Town Board special meeting tomorrow at 3 PM.

Solarize Westchester meeting postponed--next Tuesday at 7 PM at Town Hall.
