A number of people have asked about the indoor pool planned at 24 hour Fitness on Central Ave. Rumors were being circulated that the town of Greenburgh is responsible for the delay in opening the indoor pool. Not true. Received the following e mail from the Greenburgh Building Inspector. After the pool is constructed the Westchester County Department of Health will have to approve the pool. Subject: RE: indoor pool at 24 hour fitness An building permit application was submitted on March 28 with an approved building permit issued on April 16 for the pool. I sure that construction will take a few months or more to complete.
