Am very excited that our town has attracted this innovative new business. They are located at 1019 Central Park Avenue next to buybuy Baby.  They will be open from 5:00am till 8:00pm for 1-hour classes 365 days a year.

Orangetheory Fitness is a 1-hour full body workout that concentrates on endurance, strength and power. High Intensity Interval training has proven to burn more calories post workout than any other.  they  train in the 5 heart rate zones backed by science and use personal heart rate monitors during the workout so participants can see their results and work in their target zones in real time during the workout. Their  professional trainers lead each workout and insure you won’t over train or under train during the class.
