Water main breaks and frozen pipes

This is the time of year we experience more water main breaks and problems. TODAY:
Around 1030 we responded to a water condition on Clements. Soon after, the sources was identified and resolved.
We got a complaint about a water main break in Poets Corner around 11. Crew called in. Water should be back on very soon, if not already.
A frozen pipe on Ridge Road resulted in constituent having no water. . Owner was advised to keep heat in the area and it will soon resolve itself.
After a water main break residents will experience brown water. Leave water running for about 20 minutes or so. And water should clear up.
