Just spoke with the Highway department. Our crews are out salting sections of the town streets that are icy. Much of the town is in great condition but there are patches and sections that are icy and we're trying to address these concerns as we become aware of them.Watch out for black ice! Inspectors checking on sidewalks to make sure they are cleared of snow... Meeting of our affordable assisted living committee today at 4:15 PM at Greenburgh Town Hall-----we are going to work hard to press for action steps to find a way to make assisted living facilities more affordable (without impacting safety of seniors who live at assisted living facilities). If you are interested in joining our committee stop by at Town Hall. Our committee meeting will last about an hour.
