The event takes place at the Ardsley Public Library, 9 American Legion Drive, Ardsley. The Chelsea is under construction- will be an assisted living facility on Dobbs Ferry Road (former Frank’s Nursery). I asked for an update. We are accepting reservations and the welcome center is open to visits. We are offering a discount for Greenburgh residents as well as an income qualified discount for up to 10% of the apartments.
