The Westchester County Planning Board has provided the town with written comments/recommendations relating to the proposed moratorium on residential development on Central Ave.I would be happy to provide residents with copies of the report. Please e mail me at pfeiner@greenburghny.com and I’ll forward the document to you. 2 of the 5 contracts regarding the libraryexpansion have been signed by the contractors. 3 have not been signed as of this writing. I have promised to review the documents promptly. Copies of the 2 contracts that we have been signed will be available at Town Hall on Monday if anyone wants to review the document before I am asked to sign the contracts. We hope that the other 3 contractors will sign the libraryconstruction contracts sometime next week. After the contractors & I sign the documents construction of the libraryexpansion can officially and legally start. PAUL FEINER
