STU COHEN LOST HIS LIFE PROTECTING US…

SHOW YOUR GRATITUDE BY ATTENDING A FUNDRAISER TO HELP HIS  4 & 6 YEAR OLD  DAUGHTERS & FAMILY

FUNDRAISER; APRIL 29 AT 4 pm  thirty turtle bar, 201 E Post Road, White Plains

Last week STU COHEN passed away. He was a Greenburgh resident, a senior investigator of the Westchester County District Attorney’s Narcotic’s Initiative. He was a dedicated cop, husband and father of two young daughters. On December 6, 2006Stu conducted a narcotic search warrant in the town of Greenburgh. This search warrant was into a house that was actually a mill where large quantities of heroin were prepared, packaged and distributed. Within a few days Stu began to experience headaches and abdominal pains. He was hospitalized and lapsed into a coma and passed away –leaving behind his wife and daughters, age 4 & 6.

Stu is a former police officer with the MTA PD.  He was a volunteer firefighter with the Hastingson Hudson Fire Department. He also was a karate teacher.

A group of his colleagues and friends are hosting a fundraiser for him on Sunday, April 29th at 4 PMto? The place: The Thirty Turtle Bar, 201 E Post Road, White Plains. For information contact Inv. There will be a DJ, live band, 50/50 raffle, T shirts, food and drinks.

If you can’t attend in person you should make donations payable to the WCDAI PBA, PO Box 326, White Plains, NY10602.

If you want to drop it off at my office: GreenburghTown Hall, 177 Hillside Ave, White PlainsI will hand deliver it to the WCDAI when I attend the function on April 29th.
