RECOGNITION BY NY TIMES (Real Estate section): The October 6th issue of the

Real Estate section of the NY Times mentioned 2 communities "Greenburgh and

Willingboro, NJ" as "prime examples of smart growth." Smart Growth:

"Walkable neighborhoods, a variety of transportation choices, development

directed toward existing communities, compact building design, mixed use

development and preservation of open space." The Times specifically focused

on the town's successful efforts approving 86 attached homes at Glenville

Woods and preserving land next to it as open space.
