COUNTY CLERK TO HELP GENERATE STREET TRAFFIC ON E HARTSDALE AVE
Release Date: June 05, 2007

County Clerk Tim Idoni will send his community outreach vehicle to the Hartsdale train station on Tuesday June 26 from 11-2. Residents of Greenburgh can apply for a US passport, including having a photo taken, check license status of plumbers or electricians they may hire, apply for pistol permit or obtain a free gun lock.
I am very pleased that the mobile van will be making an appearance on E Hartsdale Ave. The recent flood resulted in a reduction in street activity and business for some of the businesses. These kinds of initiatives can help bring the street back to life!  8 summer jazz concerts will take place at DeSanti Plaza during the months of July & August--on Saturday afternoons.
Aristocrat Cleaners is the latest store to re-open, after the flood. They join the liquor store, toy store, pharmacy, Lia's and Harry's. The bagel store is the next store expected to re-open (within two weeks).
