Governor Eliot Spitzer nominated Greenburgh Town Judge James Hubert for the position of County Court Judge. The NY State Senate must confirm the appointment. In the event that the appointment is confirmed before the end of the year, the Greenburgh Town Board will be asked to appoint a new Town Judge who will serve until the next election.
