l/l3 WHAT SHOULD WE DO WITH THE EXISTING TOWN HALL ONCE WE MOVE? In my 2003 goals I suggested that we demolish the existing building. The building is in bad shape, inadequate parking, wiring, air conditioning, heating, etc... The building does not serve the towns needs. Another suggestion: that we reach out to possible tenants and consider leasing the existing building to a tenant that may require some space but is low impact (little traffic). example: storage facility. The town could generate some revenue under this proposal. Any thoughts?
