Proposed building (One Beacon Insurance Building) is a great opportunity for the town. The site has a building and parking facilities that will require little alterations. The architectural design is gorgeous and the site is beautifully landscaped. We can move into the building next year. The town will save millions of dollars on unnecessary construction and there will be little construction disturbance to neighborhood, very little traffic impacts.
